From final product to perfect packaging solution

Many food and nonfood manufacturers and brand owners know the decisions that need to be made. They have developed a new, innovative product and want its packaging to be similarly unique, enabling it to immediately catch the consumer’s eye at the point of sale. Or perhaps they are looking for a new, innovative packaging solution for an existing product – one that better fulfills new requirements in terms of convenience, sustainability, recyclability, user friendliness, shelf life, or marketing potential. The packaging specialists at Greiner Packaging are the ideal partners to work with when it comes to meeting these needs and addressing these issues.

Top-class, proactive support

The tool asks about individual preferences and intuitively guides the user through a selection of products. Regardless of when or where it is being used, it shows a variety of packaging options for a limitless assortment of customer products. With just a few clicks of the user’s mouse, filters (e.g., for category, decoration, production technology, shape, material, diameter, capacity) will either take them directly to their desired packaging solution or, where appropriate, present ideas for a new, custom packaging solution. When possible, the tool provides links to similar products and existing case studies.

Extensive product range with more than 400 items currently available

At this early stage, around 400 different packaging solutions can be found on the Product Finder, depending on customer preferences and requirements. The packaging in question can be saved to a wish list, then requested directly from Greiner Packaging. Over the next few months, the packaging specialists are planning to continue increasing the number of packaging solutions available on the new online tool.

Despite the varied assortment of packaging solutions we currently offer, we are naturally still a long way from being able to display them all on the Product Finder. Instead, our goal is for this tool to pique the interest of our existing and prospective customers by introducing them to our wide range of packaging, technology, design, and material offerings. We also want to inspire them to join us in developing new, customized packaging solutions, as well as to keep challenging us and our problem-solving expertise time and time again.

The Product Finder is a new, additional service, which aims to guide the prospective customer through to the perfect packaging solution step by step. If the desired solution is not available on the tool, custom-tailored solutions can be requested via the contact form and developed together with the packaging and design specialists at Greiner Packaging.
