If a label is used as the decoration, it’s pre-printed with a photo-quality motif of the customer’s choice by means of flexo or offset printing. The label is then automatically affixed to the product in a labeling system.
This type of packaging design also makes it possible to decorate corners and edges. Sustainability requirements are met thanks to removable labels – which enhance recyclability – as well as single-material solutions (such as plastic labels on plastic cups).
